Conditions of Purchase

Ordering:

HaptX products are sold through the Internet to private individuals aged 18 years and over. Upon completion of your order via our web site you will receive a final order confirmation. The final order confirmation by e-mail contains order details and total amount payable including freight costs, administration costs.

When ordering you are required to complete all compulsory information fields in our customer register. If we do not have your e-mail address we cannot send you an order confirmation. We will be unable to advise you of any delivery delays that come to our attention or if part of your order cannot be delivered. With each new order it is important that address information previously given is correct.

Personal details given to us are used for order administration and to allow our services to work as well as possible.

Completed orders mean that you have approved our purchase conditions and agree that your personal details can be registered in our customer register.

Prices:

Our prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Freight charges:

All freight charges are paid by the customer as per the Swedish mail service (Posten) or UPS (for deliveries outside Sweden) freight charging tariffs.

Delivery:

HaptX strives to deliver all ordered items as quickly as possible while minimizing the cost. The delivery date specified in the order confirmation is an estimate.

Payment:

All orders require payment in advance in Swedish currency. Payment of the total invoice amount to our account is required whereupon the goods will then be dispatched.

Money-back guarantee and return of goods:

If you change your mind you may return unused goods to us within fourteen days from the date you receive them. The item needs to be in its original condition and in its original packing. Sealed software products cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Downloadable software products cannot be returned. It is important that you enclose a copy of the order confirmation or letter with your name, address and order number so that we know who is returning goods. Your money will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned to us. Please send us an e-mail with your invoice number, bank and account number to info@haptx.com and advise which product/products you are returning. You may also enclose this information with your returned goods. If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you incur.
